NRS Healthcare Lightweight Curved Transfer Board
Weighing just 1.1kg and measuring just 12mm in thickness, this Lightweight Curved Transfer Board will nevertheless support a weight of up to 190kg (30 stone) without any difficulty.
Suitable for use by a carer or for unassisted user-transfers, the transfer board is made from birch ply and it has non-slip strips on its underside to help keep it firmly in place. Its unusual shape affords good levels of stability, whilst the curving edges are well suited for both frontal and lateral transfers. Two grip handles ensure that the user can take a good grip when placing and removing the Lightweight Curved Transfer Board, and its lacquered finish makes it durable, smooth and easy to clean.
