With a wide range of mattress sizes available, the Harley Designer Pressure Relieving Mattress is ideal for use in nursing environments. The Pressure Relieving Mattress is a very high quality mattress which provides excellent user comfort and is suitable for use with individuals at high risk of developing pressure sores. Each Designer Pressure Relieving Mattress is made from a full 7cm of temperature reactive visco elastic memory foam first developed by NASA for space missions fused to an 8cm base of high grade polyurethane foam making this extremely comfortable for the user. The memory foam recognises the shape and pressure, and conforms to the user's body accordingly. This superior mattress is edged with firm foam which offers greater security and makes for easier nursing. These mattresses are suitable for use on standard and profiling beds. Harley Dartex covers are manufactured to the highest standard using the best possible materials. Made from a waterproof, breathable, multi stretch nylon fabric, the cover has welded seams and a concealed zip for infection control purposes.
