Sole Protector
This Sole Protector is a well designed safety aid which helps to prevent pressure ulcers on the soles of the feet.
Attach to the bottom of the bed using the multi-adjustable straps provided to safeguard the soft tissue of the soles against abrasion and pressure damage. This protector features clever Low Air technology that distributes pressure evenly without losing its shape. When the pressure is negated, damage from friction, pressure and shear are all greatly reduced. Its clever design makes the Sole Protector a great choice even for those at very high risk of developing pressure sores. A pump is provided which attaches to a special valve, allowing the protector to be inflated without the possibility of over-inflation. In addition, this aid can be deflated to a compact size for storage and transportation. The Sole Protector can be wiped clean easily, making it suitable for infection control environments.
