Integral computer
This exerciser has an inbuilt computer that tracks:
number of revolutions completed
time elapsed since the exercise started
revolutions per minute
calories burned, or energy used by the user during the exercise
All of this information appears on the easy-to-read digital display, so you or your therapist can monitor progress accurately. To reset the step count to 0, press down onto the red button for a few seconds until it resets.
Convenient and versatile
This exerciser can be folded up into a neat, compact size for easy storage or transport making it a lot easier to manage than a conventional gym bike.
Whilst the pedal exerciser has been specifically designed for use with the legs, it can be mounted on a desk or table for you to effectively exercise your arms. It features anti-slip rubber pads on the feet to prevent it from slipping, as well as toe loops on the pedals to make it more secure and easier to use.
The pedals feature adjustable resistance settings that can be altered to increase or decrease the effort required to move the pedals. This lets you or your therapist set progressive increases for your effort and fitness.
Please note: suitable for rehabilitation and gentle exercise.
As friction is increased, or during long periods of vigorous exercise, the pedal and housing will become warm to the touch. Not a suitable alternative to a full size gym exercise bike or similar.
