Contiplan All-In-One Cleansing Cloths
Contiplan All in One Cleansing Cloths are a unique one-step solution to cleanse, moisturise and protect. They are quick and easy to use, effectively replacing traditional methods associated with continence care such as preparing bowls of soap and water, dry wipes, cleansing foams and barrier creams.
Contiplan is dermatologically tested, paraben and lanolin free, and contains a patented pH neutral formula featuring natural witch hazel and camomile plant extracts - designed to be gentle on skin. The wipes are made from thick, high quality, non-woven spun laced material and are available as individual patient packs to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
Incontinence Associated Dermatitis (IAD) is an inflammation occurring when urine and/or faeces comes into contact with the skin. It predisposes the individual to cutaneous infection and increases risk of pressure ulcers, and compromises skin integrity. Prevention of IAD is best aided by the application of a skin protectant to avoid or minimise exposure to the skin. Contiplan All in One Cleansing Cloths contain 10% barrier cream (4% dimethicone and 6% liquid paraffin) which guards against unwanted moisture and provides that crucial barrier to faeces and urine, helping to prevent IAD.
Do not flush in toilet, dispose in household waste.
