This Nurse Call Bed Sensor Mat with Monitor is a monitoring system that can be used as both a standalone unit as well as with a stereo nurse call system, as it features its own alarm monitor.
The system comprises of a bed sensor mat that can be placed on top of a mattress or discreetly positioned underneath the sheet, and a monitor that sounds an audible alarm, as well as flashing a visual warning, when a person moves into a seated position or gets out of the bed. The alarm automatically resets when the patient get back into bed.
