Wander Alert Safety System
The Wander Alert Safety System is a simple, easy to install and cost effective electronic wander alert system that works by creating an invisible infrared beam between the two units supplied, which are easy to position and can be placed up to 20 metres apart anywhere around the home.
If you care for someone who sometimes gets confused and is prone to wandering off, or getting up in the night, the Wander Alert Safety System is the ideal aid for increasing your peace of mind. Supplied as two battery operated monitor units, which require no wiring installation and are therefore totally portable and can be repeatedly moved around the home as required, the system can be placed discreetly anywhere around the home. Once positioned an invisible infra-red light beam passes between the two units, which if broken by a door opening or someone passing through it, sound a very clear alarm, alerting the carer to the problem. The Wander Alert Safety System features adjustable alarm volume and tone settings.
