DiscoSit Balance Air Cushion
Excellent for balance training, flexibility and coordination exercises, this DiscoSit Balance Air Cushion relieves pressure on the spine and promotes correct posture.
Once inflated it cleverly mimics the feeling of sitting on a ball which helps to improve the user's balance and concentration. As well as being used as a sitting cushion, it is also very handy for ground exercises that develop coordination, stability and better reflexes. This Air Cushion is supplied with a brochure that contains some exercises to try.
