Seca Digital Wheelchair Weighing Scale
The Seca Digital Wheelchair Weighing Scale is designed to enable a patient's weight to be calculated without the need for them to stand or transfer, by combining a weighing ramp and user-friendly controls.
The system has an in-built memory into which the wheelchair weight can be stored, and it will then use this information to deduct that weight from the total when it is in use by a patient. This Tare function therefore gives an accurate reading of the user's weight. For safety, the platform is equipped with low side rails that prevent wheels form slipping off, and a non-slip upper surface. The whole assembly is mounted on castors so it can be moved easily when not required.
