Fidget Widget Tool Kit
The Fidget Widget Tool Kit, designed together with the Alzheimer's Society and University of Central Lancashire, has been created to engage touch and repetitive movements which help to calm individuals in the later stages of dementia.
Allowing individuals to feel engaged, there is no right or wrong in how to use the Fidget Widgets. Users are able to find new and creative ways to interact with the Tool Kit however they like. The five Widgets in the Tool Kit cover a range of motions: twisting, spinning, sliding, turning and rolling.
