With its high quality design the Freeway S-160 Mobile Patient Hoist has a number of impressive features often found more expensive hoists including powered leg opening and Actu-log hoist usage display. Included within the control box is the inbuilt counter which has the ability to record and display the hoist usage enabling the hoist to be maintained to the highest quality. It's superior lifting range enables clients to be lifted from the floor. The powered leg opening allows the hoist to be easily positioned correctly for a stable and safer lift without restricting access around chair and beds. Boasting a lifting capacity of 160 kgs (25.2 stone), the Freeway S-160 Mobile Electric Hoist makes easy work of most transfer requirements. The highly compact, ergonomic design makes this magnificent hoist ideal for use in community or nursing environments. Fitted with a carry bar which has the capability of turning 360 degrees which provides the carer with exceptional control during the lift and aids positioning without interference with the mast or boom. To ensure this Freeway S-160 Mobile Hoist is highly manoeuvrable it is fitted with heavy duty 100mm front castors and 100mm rear braked castors, a rear foot bar and ergonomically profiled push handles which all in turn greatly enhance manoeuvrability. The steel frame of this Mobile Electric Hoist is extremely easy to clean with its highly unique antimicrobial and antibacterial coating. Powered by a 24V battery, the hoist has both emergency stop and emergency lowering functions fitted as standard that will stop the hoist and gently lower the user for the utmost safety and security.
