Invacare Universal Spacer Sling with Head Support
This is the largest Invacare Universal Sling in a range of 5 available sizes, the whole range has been specially designed to support the whole body including the shoulders, to provide the user with extreme comfort and support when in use the sling is fitted with a head support.
Made from highly durable polyester ensures this sling is easy to apply and is compatible with all hoists that use hook and loop spreader bar systems e.g. Birdie Compact Folding Hoist. The Universal High Sling is typically used for those with limited control of the head, trunk or hips or transfers to and from a lying position although it can be used for seated transfers. Highly versatile the Invacare Universal High Sling can be used without the head support by simply removing the plastic stays. The Invacare Universal High Sling often preferred as an all-round sling for the elderly as it offers exceptional support for the whole body and provides the user with superior comfort as well as an unobstructed view. This is the extra large sized Invacare Universal Polyester Sling with Head Support, ideal for users weighing 120kgs - 200kgs (18.75st - 31.5st); three other sizes and two different material types are also available in this section of the website.
