The Mackworth TA180 Sit To Stand Aid is a simple-to-use patient transfer system that can be used for many transfer situations benefiting both the user and carer alike, as it actively encourages more mobile clients to stand un-assisted.
Compact in design, this sit-to-stand mobility aid has a number of key features to make for a safe and gentle transfer allowing the user to move from one location to another with the greatest of ease. The sit-to-stand transfer aid is mounted on four swivel castors that not only provide outstanding manoeuvrability but also ensure total safety and security thanks to the built-in locking mechanism on each individual castor.
Large grip push handles allow the carer to control the speed and direction of the Mackworth TA180 with ease, greatly reducing the risk of accidents and allowing for precise positioning. The footplate is stable and secure with slip-resistant material for improved grip, whilst the swing-away seat pads and lower leg support provide exceptional levels of comfort and support.
