Wade Dignity Large Plate - Triple Pack
These white Wade Dignity Large Plates are part of the Wade Dignity range of crockery that has been specifically designed for use by people with Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease.
The range was developed in conjunction with Stirling University, healthcare professionals and disabled people. The coloured plates and bowls allow people to clearly see what they are eating whilst the clever design assists with the scooping and lifting of food. The Dignity crockery range can also prove beneficial for people with other disabilities such as Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis and Arthritis, who may be having difficulties eating and drinking but wish their plates to be as stylish as possible. Each of the White Wade Dignity Plates in this Triple Pack is designed to facilitate one or two handed eating. Each plate has asymmetrically sloped sides that make it easier to scoop food onto utensils and reduce the risk of spillage. The plate's wide rim allows it to be gripped and controlled easily during use. The plate is also available in Green or Yellow and is suitable for use in microwaves, dishwashers and freezers.
