Combination Chopping Board
This large white polypropylene combination chopping board measures 400mm x 300mm (16" x 12") in size and has a high quality chef's knife securely attached to it with a pivoting bracket.
The knife has a 185mm (7.25") long stainless steel blade and a black plastic handle and can be removed if required for cleaning and sharpening. The chopping board is also equipped with three stainless steel spikes that can be used to secure food items safely in one position, allowing for one handed peeling or slicing. A raised lip around one corner of the chopping board can be used to prevent bread from moving when having butter or margarine spread on it. The Combination Chopping Board is ideal for the elderly or disabled and for those who suffer from a weak or restricted grip.
