Swedish Fix It Food Preparation Board
Specially designed for one handed use, the Swedish Fix It Food Preparation Board is a robust, multi-purpose food preparation aid that enables the user to hold food in place for cutting, peeling or grating.
Stability is a key feature: it has sturdy legs and suction cup feet that hold it securely on the work surface, so it will not slide away when in use. Larger items such as loaves or food bowls can be held securely using a plastic clamp that locks in place with a lever, and smaller items can be pinned onto adjustable pegs. These can be removed entirely if the user requires a larger flat area.
