The Mandolin Slicer has top quality stainless steel blades that will give either a straight or a wavy cut, depending on your preference and can be quickly adjusted to produce any thickness of slice simply by turning the soft, easy-turn dial. The slicer's soft handle is set lower than its body and blades ensuring a very comfortable grip and keeping the user’s hands out of harm's way. The Good Grips Mandolin Slicer has four non slip feet and a wide base which gives it real stability and prevents any movement during use. Wide, non-slip feet ensure stability. The Mandolin Slicer is supplied with a large food holder which protects the user's fingers and holds the food securely and safely for slicing. When not in use the Mandolin Slicer's legs fold compactly away for easy storage. Blades are stored on the slicer and easily removed for hand washing. Body and food holder are dishwasher safe.
