Made from medical grade silicone, they are both comfortable and durable. Their principal roles are to provide pressure relief and shock absorption, thereby keeping the foot comfortable. These insoles cushion the whole foot, from the heel to the metatarsals, and relieve pressure on the joints of the foot, ankle and knee.
