Infrared Forehead Thermometer
This Infrared Forehead Thermometer allows for a simple, accurate and quick way of taking a person’s temperature.
It features a backlit LCD display, that is clear and easy to read. Simply align the thermometer with the middle of the forehead and press the scan trigger, to take a temperature measurement, the unit will beep when the reading has been taken. The unit then displays the person’s temperature, plus a colour coded indication of whether the reading is green for no fever, orange for a slight fever and red for a high fever. Each reading takes approximately 1 - 2 seconds to complete. It also has a switch on the side that allows surface temperature readings to be taken. It is switchable between Celsius and Fahrenheit and switches off after 18 seconds of inactivity to preserve battery life.
