Manufactured using heavy duty chrome plated steel tubing, the Heavy Duty Transit Wheelchair is upholstered in reinforced fabric and has a double crossbar construction for excellent rigidity and support. The Heavy Duty Transit Wheelchair is attendant propelled and features armrests as well adjustable foot rests for outstanding user comfort. Stainless steel skirtguards and an integrated seatbelt improve user safety and ensure that the user cannot fall forwards out of the chair, helping to avoid injury. The Heavy Duty Transit Wheelchair also folds down to a manageable size, allowing a carer to store the chair in a car boot for journeys or simply store in the home when not in use.
