Specialist Wheelchair Engineer Home Visit
Get a callout from one of our specialist wheelchair engineers to investigate any issue with your specialist wheelchair.
Our highly experienced service engineers are all CRB checked and receive on-going training to make sure that their knowledge is kept up to date, so you can be assured you're receiving high quality service.
During the home visit our engineers will assess the issue with your wheelchair and advise the next steps. If it is possible to do so, depending on the nature of the issue and any specific parts required, the engineer can carry out work to fix the issue during the visit and make sure you are safe to continue using your wheelchair. Please note that the cost of parts is not included.
As well as a visit to your home by one of our engineers, this item also includes 30 minutes of labour time on your wheelchair. If your visit requires more than 30 minutes of labour time, you can add the additional time in blocks of 30 minutes using the Specialist Wheelchair 30 Minutes Labour item. Labour time can vary depending on your wheelchair’s issue and the work required.
