These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order you place for Occupational Therapist (OT) Assessment Services as advertised on www.completecareshop.co.uk (the Website) as a consumer. You must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety, you must not order any service.

Services contained on the Website are offered subject to availability. Under normal circumstances all services are available within 7 working days. If, however, the service is not available within the stated timescale, for example due to increased demand or staff illness, we will advise you promptly and endeavour to supply the service as soon as possible.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) (Regulations 2013) (“CCR”) you have a right to cancel all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 days prior to the delivery of the service without giving any reason. If you require the service to be delivered within this 14 day period, this will be confirmed via your booking and you have a right to cancel all or part of the contract at any time prior to the delivery of the service.
To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us, within the cancellation period, of your decision to cancel this contract by contacting our Customer Service team.
Customer not available at the time arranged for the virtual assessment – we reserve the right to retain 20% of the charge of the Assessment when a customer is not present at the agreed time without informing us first.
If we are unable to attend the assessment due to unforeseeable circumstances, we will either arrange a new appointment or provide a full refund.
Any refunds will be made within 14 days of the cancellation of the assessment.
The Company is continually seeking to improve the quality and value of its goods and services. Whilst every care is taken to ensure illustrations and descriptions on our website are accurate and informative, we do reserve the right, if appropriate, to change service specifications or improve our services.
Should the customer wish to formally complain, they should write to the Clinical Service Lead:
The complaint will be promptly acknowledged and should the complaint not be resolved within five working days the company will provide regular feedback until full resolution.
Any advice and information given to you when using any of our telephone or online services is based solely on the information provided by the customer. We will do our best to advise but we cannot be held responsible if any products purchased as a result do not meet the customers need.

All our staff who deal with customers are enhanced DBS checked and all Occupational Therapists are professionally qualified and registered with the British Association of Occupational Therapy and the Health and Care Professions Council (you can check the register here).

We may update or amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time to comply with law or to meet our changing business requirements without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Website.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale to any third-party unless we agree in writing.
If any of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall remain in full force and effect.
Only you and we shall be entitled to enforce these Terms of Sale. No third-party shall be entitled to enforce any of these Terms of Sale, whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
