3 steps to make a return

Once you have read our returning your order page, to return a product, please follow the straight-forward steps below.

Please download and print out the most relevant returns form by clicking one of the following options. (If you don't have a printer, we just need the details really, so please view the form and write out the details clearly on a piece of paper).

For all orders (except for large equipment, which is below), please use the most relevant form here:

• Change of mind or unsuitable product(s) form
• Product(s) received damaged form
• Faulty product(s) form
• Wrong product(s) received form 

For large equipment, such as riser recliners, scooters, powerchairs, beds, hoists, and shower trolleys, please call us or email us first then use this form:

It's really important to provide all the information we need to process a return efficiently our end. Not only does that mean we can deal with your return as quickly as possible, it actually helps us to keep our prices low on the website. The forms are in a PDF format which most computers, tablets, and smartphones can open. In the rare circumstances where you can't view a PDF, please download the free PDF reader from Adobe. Please follow the instructions on the form above and return back to us as follows:

Smaller products up to 2kg and 610mm in length will be the cheapest to return via the Post Office. Please ask for and retain a free Certificate of Posting. As a tip, ask for the cheapest method of posting as a package or a large letter can vary.

Larger products up to 30kg in weight can usually be taken by a number of agents. One of the cheapest is Parcel 2 Go. Alternatively, you could use YodelDirect, Collect My Parcel or any other service where you can take your parcel to a local shop or garage.

Once your product has been sent, the rest is up to us. Please ensure to keep any details of your delivery until we have received it.

Once we receive your product, we promise to act on the information provided on your form and deal with it quickly.
