How we've helped Dawn live more independently

“Life was really difficult until I got help from you.”

Ten short words that made our day! Dawn Watson, who is severely sighted, spoke to us a short time ago for some advice on daily living equipment to help her live more independently at home, and we’re thrilled to say the products she bought have made a big difference.

Dawn now has a bed wedge which has improved her quality of sleep and also uses a slide-under chair table for comfort and convenience.

Another big step for Dawn is owning a guide dog – something which we absolutely cannot take credit for! – and this has had a huge impact on Dawn’s independence and confidence.

We’re tickled pink to hear that Dawn’s daily routine is now much more independently led and are super proud to have been a part of making that happen. When we asked Dawn if she had any advice for others looking for daily living equipment, she said:
