The pouch pants are designed with a built in pouch on the inside, which can accommodate most sizes of pad, holding the pad securely in place for improved user confidence. The pouch pants have been designed with discretion in mind and have a close but comfortable fit, making their appearance as discrete as possible and improving a users dignity.
