Measuring 30cm x 9cm this TheraFlex Re-usable Cold Hot Pack can be used for both hot and cold therapies.

Inside the wrapper is a non-toxic gel that can be chilled in a freezer or heated in a microwave or in boiling water. Re-usable and able to stay flexible when cold, it conforms to the shape of the body and is supplied in a leak-proof wrapper.
