is 32cm by 15cm TheraFlex Re-usable Cold Hot Pack can be used in a wide range of hot and cold therapies.

It contains a special non-toxic gel that can be chilled in a freezer or heated using either a microwave or a container of boiling water. Re-usable and flexible when cold, it is supplied in a leak-proof wrapper.
