Invacare Comfort Spacer Sling
From the Invacare range of slings, this large version of the Invacare Comfort Sling is ideally suited to those who suffer from chronic pain.
Highly versatile this Comfort Sling is also useful for above the knee amputees, or those who due to postural position or pain prefer to remain in a seated position. The sling provides superior support to the whole body and the head to ensure maximum levels of comfort are reached when in use. Ingeniously designed the Invacare Comfort Sling is easily applied whilst the patient is lying down, and is mainly used to transfer the patient into a seated position. Made from highly durable spacer fabric ensures this sling is ideal for those with skin integrity issues. This unique fabric is slightly elasticated to enable the sling to contour to the users body shape allowing for optimum support and comfort. This sling comes supplied with loop fixings enabling it to be used with most hoists that use the conventional hook and loop (coat hanger) spreader bar system. This is the large sized Invacare Comfort Spacer Sling ideal for users weighing 80kgs - 130kgs (12.5st - 20.5st); four other sizes, net fabric and toileting slings are also available in this section of the site.
