Darco Peg Assist Insole
This Darco Peg Assist Insole will fit most types of Extra Large-sized Darco shoes and walkers, except for the MedSurg Shoe, which requires its own special insert.
Much of the insole is made of small hexagonal pegs , which can be taken out as necessary to suit the user. This can alleviate localised pressure by as much as 60%, thereby speeding healing and recovery whilst also enabling the patient to remain mobile and more independent. Consequently, the product is ideal for use by people who are recovering from surgery, injury or ulceration.
