The soft, friction absorbing foot bed of the gel insole helps to reduce stress and shock to the foot alleviating localised pressure and pain. Ideal for people with diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis, the Silipos Soft Sock relieves pain and diminishes the effects of impact on the heel and can also serve as a soft tissue supplement to fat pad atrophy. Furthermore, the sock is designed to wick away moisture keeping the foot dry and is also latex free and hypoallergenic adding to the sock"s hygienic qualities and can be washed and reused.
