This is a single, left-hand, spare castor assembly for the NRS Healthcare Walk Safe® Walking Frame.
The innovative Walk Safe® castors have patented Magnetic Directional Bias, letting them turn as you walk without the need to lift the whole frame. The wheels return to facing forward when you’re done turning, giving stable straight line performance as well as smooth turns.
