Flexyfoot Ferrule
The Flexyfoot Ferrule with diameter 22m is a versatile aid that is suitable for most walking sticks, canes and crutches.
This fits most standard NHS crutches for example. The ferrule has been specially designed with shock absorbing bellows that enable a safe transfer of weight while moving; the Flexyfoot Ferrule also reduces associated upper body pain and discomfort that some individuals may experience with traditional ferrules. Using a Flexyfoot will give full ground contact for the user's foot every step which will significantly improve safety for the user even on rough terrain. Designed with a foot tread that offers up to 50% more grip than standard rubber ferrules, you can be confident you will be supported throughout your walk as the risk of falls and trips is greatly reduced. For high activity individuals the Flexyfoot Ferrule is supplied with two additional O rings that are easily fitted to the bellows to offer further resistance, perfect for a more adventurous walk.
