This High Risk Chair Pressure Cushion is of exceptional quality and measures 43cm x 43cm x 6cm (17" x 17" x 2") in size.
This remarkably supportive pressure cushion is designed for people with a high risk of developing pressure ulcers and is ideal for use in both chairs and wheelchairs. This High Risk Chair Pressure Cushion has a lightweight and easily transportable design that allows it to be used both as a comfort aid and as a booster cushion when an increase is seat height is desired. This superb cushion has a dual layered construction which cleverly combines a high density polyurethane foam base with temperature sensitive visco elastic memory foam top. These two layers work in tandem to provide exceptional levels of comfort, pressure relief and support. The upper surface itself features geometrically contoured cubes of visco elastic memory foam. These modules of the memory foam move independently of one another and distribute pressure whilst also helping the skin to stay cool. These actions combine to massively reduce the risk of pressure ulcers developing. This High Risk Chair Pressure Cushion is supplied fitted with a black Harley Dartex cover which is waterproof and made from a breathable nylon fabric. The comfortable multi stretch cover is fitted with a zip, and is suitable for washing or dry cleaning if required, ensuring best possible hygiene at all times.
