This Medium Light, Red verison of the Rehaband is an extremely lightweight, comfortable resistive band that is ideal for a wide range of gentle exercises.
The band aids exercise by providing a controlled level of resistance to stretching, so it can be used to build fitness and muscle strength in arms, legs and other parts of the body. This Rehaband is supplied in a roll measuring 125mm (5") wide and 45.72m (50 yards) long, enabling the user cut whatever length is required. Rehaband's are available in a range of resistance, this is the Red, Medium-Light resistance band; four other resistances and shorter rolls are also available in this section of the website.

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland:
- £12.00 for orders that weigh less than 30kg and £70 or more.
- £15.95 for orders that weigh less than 30kg and cost less than £70.
