With standard delivery for in stock items, you will receive your order to your door step within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Next day doorstep delivery to mainland UK
£7.99.
Next day delivery to your doorstep is available on orders made before 12:30pm from Monday to Thursday with qualifying products.
If you order before 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If you order after 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Doorstep delivery to non-mainland UK addresses
If you need your order delivering to an address in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, the delivery charges will be as follows:
- £12.00 for orders that weigh less than 30kg and cost more than £70.
- £15.95 for orders that weigh less than 30kg and cost less than £70.
- For orders that weigh over 30kg, please call us on 0300 1000 248 to get a quote for the delivery cost and help with placing your order.
Please note, for deliveries in Northern Ireland, if the delivery is to a business address, you will need to obtain an XI EORI number from the local tax authorities. If you're a residential customer, you won't need an EORI number.
Room of Choice delivery for larger items (over 30kg)
£60 for the first item, plus £30 per additional item.
What is Room of Choice delivery?
Available on certain larger products, our trusted partners will deliver your item and unbox to a room of your choosing in 5–7 working days.
This delivery service does not include assembly or removal of packaging.
Sometimes our larger products on this delivery service needs additional details from you before they can be dispatched, such as access to the property. We'll be in touch with you for these additional details, should you order one of these items.
Other non Room of Choice items in the same order may arrive in separate deliveries via our standard doorstep delivery service.
Home Installation delivery for larger items (over 30kg)
£80 for the first item, plus £40 per additional item.
What is Home Installation delivery?
Available on certain larger products, our trusted partners will not only deliver your item to you, but also unpack it, assemble it in a room of your choice, and demonstrate it for you within 14 working days.
Sometimes our larger products on this delivery service needs additional details from you before they can be dispatched, such as access to the property. We'll be in touch with you for these additional details, should you order one of these items.
Other non Home Installation items in the same order may arrive in separate deliveries via our standard doorstep delivery service.
After placing your order, one of our customer service team will call you to confirm delivery access details to your room of choice.
When you place an order with us, we immediately start to get your item(s) ready for dispatch. If we have already processed your order, you'll need wait for delivery and return it to us to be processed for a refund. Please call us on 0300 1000 0248 or speak to us through live chat to arrange a replacement or refund if this is the case.
Occasionally we might be out of stock of a product. If your order contains a product that we're waiting for more stock on, we may dispatch the rest of your order first and then the missing item later, with no extra charge for postage. In the event of this happening, we'll be in touch with you to let you know.
