The Uplift Commode is a pneumatically controlled lifting system that enables easy transfers to and from the WC.

It may also be used as a commode in its own right. It operates smoothly and slowly for maximum safety and comfort and it is height adjustable to suit the user. The system is intended to encourage the user to take some of their own weight, thereby maintaining their strength and mobility, but it supports up to 80% of the total weight so as to make the process easy and free from strain.
