After graduating with an undergraduate master’s degree from Durham University, Jennifer started her working life in retail before becoming the administrator for the Specialist Wheelchair team at Complete Care Shop in 2020.
Jennifer moved to the Digital team in 2021, creating new product pages and updating existing ones to ensure they are up to date and accurate, producing informative descriptions for customers to pick the right item for their needs. In 2024, she moved to expand on her product knowledge and writing skills by writing articles, and now works across all digital content for Complete Care Shop.
