- £4.99 on all orders under £50.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 and over.
Next day delivery £7.99.
- Next day delivery is available on orders made before 12:30pm from Monday to Thursday on qualifying products.
- If you order before 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- If you order after 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland:
- £12.00 for orders of £70 or more that weigh less than 30kg.
- £15.95 for orders that are less than £70 and weigh less than 30kg.

The Alerta Wall Point Receiver uses radio frequency technology with a wireless range of up to 95 meters, and can be paired with up to 5 Alerta wireless products.
For silent in-room operation when connected to a nurse call system, not only are there high and low volume options but the volume can be deactivated fully as well. Once this receiver pairs with Alerta wireless devices it will only transmit to these, and not interfere with other devices or other Alerta Wall Point Receivers in use nearby.
Compatible with the Deluxe Alertamat, Floor+ Alertamat, Chair Alertamat and Bed Alertamat, the Alerta Detect and Alerta Button.
