The Economy Knee Support is manufactured from an elastic material that conforms to the shape of the Knee, providing superior levels of compression and support.
The thin, lightweight fabric allows the skin to breathe easily reducing the chance of sweating, the soft material also allows the user to retain full movement of their, a great way to provide extra support to the knee when carrying out a task or performing a sports activity. The knee support can also be used to aid small amounts of swelling and discomfort, immediately after a twist or sprain. Available in 3 other sizes from this section of the shop, this is the medium sized version.

Standard delivery to mainland UK
- Free standard delivery for all orders during December 2025
- Next day delivery £7.99
Next day delivery is available on orders made before 12:30pm from Monday to Thursday with qualifying products.
If you order before 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If you order after 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).
Delivery to non-mainland UK addresses
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland:
- £12.00 for orders that weigh less than 30kg and £70 or more.
- £15.95 for orders that weigh less than 30kg and cost less than £70.
- Call us on 0300 1000 248 for orders that weigh over 30kg.
