This is the Extra Soft density, Pink coloured Hand Exercise Ball from our range of Hand Exercise Balls and is the softest ball in the range, offering the lowest level of resistance available.
Hand Exercise Balls are extremely easy to use therapeutic aids that offer variable levels of resistance training exercises for strengthening weakened or injured hands, fingers and forearms. The Hand Exercise Ball is made from a soft feel gel that is pleasant to touch and returns back to its original shape after each squeeze. Gel Ball Hand Exercisers are supplied in a wide range of resistance levels, all of which are available in this area of our shop. Perfect for use at home, the office or in the clinic, the gel ball is small enough to keep in a handbag or pocket for easy transportation.

Doorstep delivery to mainland UK (under 30kg)

- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 and over.
- Next day delivery £7.99.
Next day delivery is available on orders made before 12:30pm from Monday to Thursday on qualifying products.
If you order before 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If you order after 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland:
- £12.00 for orders of £70 or more that weigh less than 30kg.
- £15.95 for orders that are less than £70 and weigh less than 30kg.
