The Optima Self-Propelled Wheelchair is a well-rounded everyday wheelchair that doesn't compromise on comfort, convenience or style. The powder-coated steel frame delivers a smooth, stable ride over rougher ground, and with a maximum weight capacity of 114kg (18 stone), it's built for all kinds of users.
A half-folding backrest and inward-folding frame make it simple to stow in a car boot, and the Optima arrives almost fully assembled — just clip the footrests on and you're ready to go. Spacious 24-inch wheel rims are comfortable to grip for self-propelling, while ergonomic push handles at the rear are there when you need extra assistance.
Padded armrests, swing-away footrests and durable nylon upholstery with a backrest storage pouch all add up to a wheelchair that's made to be lived in. MAG rear wheels with solid puncture-proof tyres keep maintenance to a minimum.

Doorstep delivery to mainland UK (under 30kg)
- £4.99 on all orders under £50.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 and over.
- Next day delivery £7.99.
Next day delivery is available on orders made before 12:30pm from Monday to Thursday on qualifying products.
If you order before 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If you order after 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland:
- £12.00 for orders of £70 or more that weigh less than 30kg.
- £15.95 for orders that are less than £70 and weigh less than 30kg.
