It is lightweight and easy to roll up and carry, making it great for travelling. The Phoenix Fitness Yoga Exercise Mat is also quick to dry and easy to clean.

Cleaning and Care:
Lay the mat flat on a clean surface. Use light soap and warm water to gently wipe the mat down with a clean wet sponge or rag. To keep the shape of your mat avoid squeezing it. Find a place to air dry the yoga mat, out of the sun.

Doorstep delivery to mainland UK (under 30kg)
- £4.99 on all orders under £50.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 and over.
- Next day delivery £7.99.
Next day delivery is available on orders made before 12:30pm from Monday to Thursday on qualifying products.
If you order before 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If you order after 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland:
- £12.00 for orders of £70 or more that weigh less than 30kg.
- £15.95 for orders that are less than £70 and weigh less than 30kg.
