Simple and straightforward
The controls on the tiller bar are kept to a minimum, so you can enjoy the journey and not have to think about what button you need to press next.
The padded seat features contoured fabric to help make it extra comfortable and it swivels too, for easier transitions on and off the scooter.
When you’re ready for a rest, the X-Go Proceed can be quickly disassembled for easier storage. It has an integrated carry handle to make life that little bit easier when getting it into the boot of the car. All you need to do is get the front wheels into the boot and the you can wheel the rest of the scooter up and in.
Airline-friendly travel
The X-Go Proceed uses two 12Ah batteries that can let you travel up to 10 miles on one charge. The off-board charging means you can charge the batteries without having to bring the entire scooter with you – handy if space is at a premium.
Mobility scooter insurance
For extra peace of mind, we offer mobility scooter insurance and mechanical & electrical warranty from Mark Bates Ltd. Our friendly Customer Services team will call after purchase to guide you through your options.

Doorstep delivery to mainland UK (under 30kg)
- £4.99 on all orders under £50.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 and over.
- Next day delivery £7.99.
Next day delivery is available on orders made before 12:30pm from Monday to Thursday on qualifying products.
If you order before 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If you order after 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).
Delivery to non-mainland UK addresses
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland:
- £12.00 for orders of £70 or more that weigh less than 30kg.
- £15.95 for orders that are less than £70 and weigh less than 30kg.
- Call us on 0300 1000 248 for orders that weigh over 30kg.
Room of Choice for larger items (over 30kg)
£60, plus £30 per additional item.
