This Blue Massage Ball is the largest in a range of five, measuring 100mm (4") in diameter.
Extremely robust this massage ball provides a multidimensional product whilst remaining highly cost-effective. Ideal for use within any environment this massage ball can be used for a self-massage or with assistance to treat back pain, improve blood flow, stimulate muscles and ease tension. For a firm massage, you simply apply the ball to skin and rotate in a circular motion. Other coloured and sized Massage Balls are also available in this section of the shop.

Doorstep delivery to mainland UK (under 30kg)
- £4.99 on all orders under £50.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £50 and over.
- Next day delivery £7.99.
Next day delivery is available on orders made before 12:30pm from Monday to Thursday on qualifying products.
If you order before 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If you order after 12:30pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland:
- £12.00 for orders of £70 or more that weigh less than 30kg.
- £15.95 for orders that are less than £70 and weigh less than 30kg.
